Our Team

Mr. Girdhari Lal

(Advocate Owner)

Girdhari lal is the owner of AIS Associates, providing services for last 22 years in various fields of law which has opened up offshoot in the fields of Legal Process Outsourcing services from India providing legal expertise.

He is a Bachelor of Commerce and did his Post Graduation in Law from the University of Kerala and also did Company Secretary Ship (Int.) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

  About 25 years of experience in legal services having wide exposure in various fields of law. His clients include Banking and Insurance Companies, individuals and Corporates in Public and Private Sectors. 

Mr. Akash Kumar

(Operation Head & Client Relations)

Akash is the 2nd Owner of AIS Associates. He is a successful entrepreneur with a strong background in Human Resource and Industrial Relation with Handling 3 Companies.

As the Operation Head of AIS is responsible for overall strategy, tech initiatives and leading a team of more than 30 employees. Having over 14 years of experience in setting up shared services, and serving leading companies in the Manufacturing, Services, Retail and Telecom industries - his strong industry focus and client relationships have enabled the Company to build credibility with 400+ clients in a short period of time.

Significant time in Operations as well as in Relations in leading institutions within the country. Has experience of successfully building companies from the scratch and develop into a brand based on excellent services and operations.
